The booking site was confusing because my trip was not on an Angel Billabong boat despite booking through their site, receiving emails from Angel Billabong and then only finding that out when I went to board. Very frustrating

Everything went smooth, after seeing all the negative reviews we were a bit worried, but at the end there was really no need to be concerned.
The harbour is easy to get to, no problem with getting in with Grab driver (but have 10K IDR for entrance fee), directions are clear and there’re cafes to sit and wait for your ferry. The ride itself is a bit bumpy but it’s fast ferry so what would y’all expect |
