The service was fine, and close to on time, a bit hot in the cabin, but not horrible. Do not use credit card to buy your ticket online, the set rate of exchange by Scoot resulted in me paying $30 USD more than if I had paid cash. The private transfer service I arranged through Scoot got me to the harbour over 90 minutes early, I would have preferred to not have that happen. Next time I use the service I will pay by cash and arrange my own transport.

I have travelled with Scoot many times and they are always professional, friendly and know what they are doing. I always arrive at my destination safe and that's what matters to me. I highly recommend this company and will continue to always use Scoot Fast Cruises for my holidays.

We want to give more stars but the boat was quite stuffy and uncomfortable (for 4 hours) when the windows are closed (to stop water from splashing in). There was no functional AC. However, the staff is professional and helpful. Boat is on time. We appreciate an assigned driver taking us to our hotel in Kuta. He is also very professional and friendly.
