Booked & paid online. Very good communication. Efficient service ran exactly on time. Surcharge for surfboards (as advised by email) was paid by cash at the port.

Great service! Boat , pick up and hotel drop off at final destination. Friendly staff. Would use again for sure!

The speedboat arrived late from Gilis.
Then the transfer boat from Lembongan to the speedboat was stuck because of low tide! Sorry, tides are quite forseeable and something I as a passenger expect Scoot to keep an eye on when planning for the service. After a while, a private boat was organized (at least we got the true Bali outrigger boat experience). Transfer to the speedboat was tricky in particular with 2 children below 10 yrs. In the end we arrived safely to Sanur with a delay of approx. 2hrs. |
