The boat, staff and trip over to Bali and back were all great. Would give 5 stars. The biggest issue was disembarking in Padang Bai. The taxi drivers feel like a mafia and it is totally unnecessary to allow them to be standing at the edge of the dock yelling out taxi, taxi, taxi as you get off the boat. They could have a set place further back that allows space for people to get off and get their luggage. Also, it would be more than worthwhile to put a thin layer on concrete over the existing dock to make it easier to roll luggage.

This trip was better in Padang Bai as the staff required people wanting to get on the boat to stay back and give space for the disembarking passengers. In previous trips this added to the chaos that exists at Padang Bai which is a total turnoff to the trip.

Reliable boat which runs on a good schedule, even allowed me to change my booking through whatsapp within 10 minutes. this would be a 5 star review if you guys took a tougher stance on the local taxi mafia who instantly surround you as soon as you set one foot on land. You guys are such a good operator, there is no need to facilitate this taxi-nonsense.
