The Communication before the trip was very nice and the drive from Bali to Lombok was also very safe and comfortable.
What we did not like was the check in for our way back from Lombok to Bali. Our trip was planned for 10:30. The Wahana Guy with black shorts and black nike shoes with yellow nike sign was very unfriendly and wanted to tell us that there is no place for us and that we have to take the boat at 12:40. After discussion with him it was possible to get the boat at 10:30 finally. It was a really unnecessary discussion. |
