Used this ferry to travel from Padang Bai to Gili Air, then return from Gili Air to Padang Bai. We received no instruction or information that we needed to check in for the return trip. We were at the pier in Gili Air over an hour and a half early, but because we didn’t check in they sold our seat. Luckily they got us a seat on another boat. Poor communication, but good quality boat.
