Loved that D'Stars picked up our luggage from the accommodation when we departed Nusa Lembongan so thank you.
A couple of negatives though:
1. upon arrival when the tide was out, we should have been warned the rocks on the sand were sharp. One of our passengers cut her foot and required treatment after.
2. upon departure, it was very chaotic to get on board in between the crashing waves. People were shoving and pushing to get on the step up to the boat. This was dangerous for our passengers carrying young children and our pregnant traveller. I suggest maybe people with young children are prioritised so that no-one gets hurt in future and a bit more structured boarding takes place.
