We booked very last minute (5 people) to go from Sanur to Lembongan (hotel to hotel) and D'Stars were very accommodating. Their prices were better than any of the other fast boat companies and we decided to go with them because the boats are newer and fully equipped with safety features (sufficient amount of lifejackets and lifeboats). Everything went well, seats were comfortable and we were very happy with both journeys to and from Lembongan.
