booked online the day before for a ticket to sanur which includes land transport. hadn’t heard about pick up timing on the day itself so whatsapped them to confirm the timing. pick up was timely; registration at the office counter was smooth
no issues with ferry ride to sanur; took 30mins. if you book transport to your hotel in bali, you wait in the harbour building for them to arrange with their drivers. mine took awhile but the staff were very kind to walk me out to the carpark to locate the driver and made sure i was well on my way. great overall experience, would use the company again in the future |

Well organized and operated boat transfer which was smooth on the day and just under 30 minutes
