Traveled with them twice so far, they were always punctual and the boats were clean and comforatble. Staff is very friendly and kind, we even received cold towels, cakes and mineral water.
I can only recommend them. |

We took the GiliGili Fast Boat from Padang Bai to Bangsal. The boat was clean and comfortable, and we were offered light refreshments on board. The journey was smooth and fast, and the staff were helpful and courteous.
Because we were so impressed with our first trip, we chose to return from Gili Trawangan to Padang Bai with GiliGili Fast Boat again. Just like before, the journey was smooth, and the staff were excellent. A big shout-out to the reservation staff—their communication was clear and prompt, and they handled all my inquiries with the utmost professionalism. Thank you very much! Highly recommended! |
