Left on time. Reached on time. AC worked well - we were cold and wished we had jackets. Was quite a smooth journey to Gili Air.. Snack they offered was a single biscuit (a bit like bourbon biscuit). Boat capacity of roughly 80 passengers. Seats a bit cramped but I suppose that's everywhere. Overall would recommend if you can afford it.

Traveled with them twice so far, they were always punctual and the boats were clean and comforatble. Staff is very friendly and kind, we even received cold towels, cakes and mineral water.
I can only recommend them. |
