Really fast and sturdy boat. Straight non stop from Bangsal to Padang Bai. Makes an effort to support families with young children to sit together and if possible with extra space.
Only downside is to find the office at Bangsal Harbour, but they are good at whatsapp to guide you or give a number of local staff.And everyone at the harbour knows the place, you will find it, just not on your own. Can absolutely recommend! PS; they hand out motion sickness pills as well, so if you do not have your own your are still set it you want. |

The staffs are so friendly and helpful with any condition. the ferry is operated by well organised system. so no delay and no drama! definitely will take the ferry again :)

Best boat ride to Gilis! You get water and snacks, AC, music... very smooth!
