08:30 Pick up to your hotel (any hotel/villa maximum 50km)
± 10:00 Arrive at our shop (starting point) we will help you to choose your equipment and explain you all about our experience.
± 10:30 Take a boat
± 10:45 Start snorkeling in Tanjung Jepun.
± 11:45 Snorkeling at Blue Lagoon.
± 12:45 Back to starting point where you can have a shower and Lunch (optional)
± 14:00 We drop off you back to your hotel, if you like to stop somewhere on the way to your hotel just ask our driver.

10:00 Pick up to your hotel (any hotel/villa maximum 50km)
± 11:30 Arrive at our shop (starting point) we will help you to choose your equipment and explain you all about our experience.
± 12:00 Take a boat
± 12:15 Start snorkeling in Tanjung Jepun.
± 13:15 Snorkeling at Blue Lagoon.
± 14:15 Back to starting point where you can have a shower and lunch (optional)
± 16:00 We drop off you back to your previous hotel or to other hotel if you change hotel.

Prior to booking, I was impressed by the prompt and helpful feedback. However, I received no communication until I inquired about the booking the day before. To my surprise, I was informed that there was no designated hotel pickup location, even though I had clearly specified the hotel and luggage storage requirements during the booking process.
When I followed up, I was simply told that they would pick me up the following day, but no specific time or transportation details were provided. Unfortunately, a family member fell ill the next day, forcing us to cancel without a refund. Even after the cancellation, I have received no response. Given that there were issues with the initial booking, I doubt that a pickup vehicle would have even arrived at the designated location for my scheduled snorkeling activity.
I strongly advise against using such a small-scale company."
