Late running service with another 1 hr delay obnoard without aircon. Staff did not communicate. Very, very hot in the boat and we were all grateful that the boat was just half full. Not the best experience but thank you for bringing us back safely.

Driver picked us up from Ubud and took us to Padang Bai, there we got the tickets and got on the ferry. On the way back same thing from Gili Air to Airport. Driver was waiting with a sign at Padang Bai which made up easy to avoid all the other drivers trying to convince you to go with them. All was made easy and smooth. Highly recommend!
