Even though the boat is reasonabley new it is starting to look dated. My biggest grief was transport to Kuta. After starting on one bus, then getting moved to another before once again getting moved to third bus. They drove past my hotel at Kuta to take people to airport who then got dropped on side of road and told to walk rest of way. We then continued to Jimbaran to drop someone's daught off before returning to Kuta. Took nearly 3 hours
