No response to multiple emails to office regarding departure times, process and location. Would be much easier to send this info with booking confirmation. No safety briefing. Travelled on big boat - super hot as none of the fans were working. Crew were nice.

Well organised and friendly staff. The whole process was easy and straight forward. Departed 15 minutes late but not a problem for us. Would recommend.
