It was somewhat chaotic checking in at Sanur for our trip to Nusa Lembongan. It was also chaotic picking up our luggage on the beach and we didn't get any help transporting it to our hotel although we had paid for a transfer. In contrast, arrangements for the return trip was extremely efficient as porters arrived early at the hotel to take our luggage and to help us get our boarding passes. Our airport transfer wasn't ideal though as our driver stopped on the way to get cash from an ATM and then we waited in the queue whilst he refilled his card to pay for the toll road. These were unnecessary delays that would have caused us a lot of anxiety if they caused us to be late for our flight check in. The service would benefit from giving instructions on their website on the need to pick up boarding passes and directions on where they can be obtained. It would make everything a lot more straightforward for travellers like me. Overall though we were happy with the service as the 7am ferry allowed us an extra night on Lembongan since we were able to get to the airport in time for our flight.
