Arrived safely and on time. Staff was helpful. One thing they don't mention when booking on the website is that you need to go to the Tanis Lounge (right on Mushroom Bay Beach by where the boat docks, inside the glass doors) first and show them your ticket to get a boarding pass, which you then hand to the staff as you board. Also be aware that Mushroom Bay does not have a dock, so you will be stepping into a few inches of water when you get on and off. The crew will load and unload your large luggage for you.
