Smooth sailing from Sanur to Lembongan and return.
Explaining the check-in process : check in first at the booth which is outside and not at the Sanur harbour building will benefit first time passengers from lugging around luggages. We arrived at the Sanur harbour terminal to be told to go to the booth in the shop complex outside the terminal. Whilst the distance wasn't great the terrain is up and down with steps. So explaining clearly the process either in the email, ticket or website will help. |

Very safe, the water was full of tree’s and debris from recent storms and heavy rain, driver slowed down to navigate safely
