I had an excellent experience with customer service. they were very attentive to my questions, replied promptly and explicitly. On the day of my travel I ran into some trouble with finding my boat, as the company change me over to a different boat and I would not have known if i did not inquire with bali fast boats, they replied quickly to me and helped me to successfully check in and get bak to sanur harbor. I am so grateful for the customer service team.
