The speedboat arrived late from Gilis.
Then the transfer boat from Lembongan to the speedboat was stuck because of low tide! Sorry, tides are quite forseeable and something I as a passenger expect Scoot to keep an eye on when planning for the service. After a while, a private boat was organized (at least we got the true Bali outrigger boat experience). Transfer to the speedboat was tricky in particular with 2 children below 10 yrs. In the end we arrived safely to Sanur with a delay of approx. 2hrs. |

Really friendly, helpful team at Scoot on our trip out from Bali to Lembongan and our return trip. There are cheaper options but it’s worth paying a bit more for this level of service. We did have to disembark and embark in knee deep water at Lembongan but the water is warm, the team assisted and carried heavy bags so it actually added to the experience. I highly recommend Scoot.
