First time in Bali and decided to venture in Ubud throughout my 4 nights stay. Engaged Bagus Bali Sunrise to ascend Mt Batur prior my travel. They were helpful responding to my queries. I got Pemo who does the hotel transfer and was on time. Jata is my guide and very experienced climber, making strategic breaks knowing that I have not done such climb for over a decade. I reached the peak to catch the sunrise and it was calming. Thank you for the excellent service!

A sunrise hike was such a great way to start the day, the best part is, you are back at your hotel to catch breakfast and enjoy the rest of the day!

We hiked up Mount Batur with our 9 month old daughter, and our guide Jata was amazing with her. He captured some of the most beautiful pictures of our family at the top and even took the time to play with our baby.

Our experience with Bagus Bali Tours was exceptional. They were so responsive and helpful. Their website is easy to use and booking was a breeze. They picked us up right on time at our hotel and dropped us off just before 10am.

We loved the stop at the coffee plantation and trying all the different coffees and teas. And unlike many other tours, you didn’t feel obliged to buy anything and it was a relatively quick stop.

Had an amazing time. Pick-up was exactly on time. Kliwan was our guide for the hike and was perfect - judged the pace according to our ability, kept an eye on when we needed a break, and provided a great breakfast. Also took photos for us. Would recommend to anyone!

Booking made online was seamless. Details shared over the website was clear enough and self explanatory.

I opted for the private tour instead of shared tour due to my time constraint and I very much like to have time flexibility to either go fast/slow.

Driver was Pak Gus and he was on time. Very helpful and insightful. He kept in touch before the pickup day. I slept throughout the entire journey as we started pretty early at 2am.

Guide assigned to me was Jata a soft spoken guy who surprisingly can be quirky at times. He was very insightful, super helpful, shared some useful hiking tips. He would offer to help you out with the hiking poles weather you need to hold it or not. MOST importantly he captures amazing shots, he definitely knows his assignment. I think to any content creators out there who travels solo, should definitely book with Bagus and request for Jata. You won't be disappointed. He would immediately bring you to all the hotspots to take photos. My experience at the peak was a literal photoshoot! He even directed for all the video contents shot which is amazing! He made all contents look effortless and candid! He shared the volcano history, explained the topography. Overall its an amazing experience. Oh he even gave a ride up til where his bike could go (bonus point).
