Our driver Nyoman was waiting when we arrived, he spoke excellent English, gave us a running commentary on the way to our villa, his vehicle was air conditioning (a blessing in the Bali heat), and the journey was safely completed.

I was very impressed with Bali Made. Our drivers for both to and from the airport were very communicative via WhatsApp. When our inbound flight was delayed and it took forever to get through the airport, they told us via text not to stress, they would wait. Also I accidentally booked the transfer twice so they manually rebooked our return transfer with no trouble at all. Great communication and easy to use.

当日飛行機の到着が遅れましたが暖かく迎えて頂きました
ホテルからの送迎では早朝の時間にも拘らず定刻で迎えに来てくれました
（奥まった所にあるホテルで警備ゲートもあるところなので遅延すると思っていたのですが)

Superb - highly recommended. I was very worried about whether Balimade Tours was legitimate and going to be ok. Having read the reviews, I booked my airport transfer with them. Our driver was Diano and he patiently waited for us, despite our first flight being cancelled and our replacement second flight being delayed. I had the WhatsApp details for Balimade and also Diano, so I kept them informed about my flight problems and they responded immediately. Diano was excellent. Very safe driver who spoke very good English. Communications with Balimade couldn’t have been better. I would definitely use them again.
Separate to the airport transfer, I had also booked the Kecak Dance show at Uluwatu through Klook. Klook uses Balimade as their agent. Again, the communications from Klook and Balimade were fantastic. The online voucher for the show arrived two days before the show. The voucher sent by Balimade must be exchanged at the ticket office when it opens at 4.30pm for tickets to see the show. Ensure that you join the correct “Reservations” queue at the ticket office to exchange the voucher for your tickets. Enter immediately or by no later than 5pm to secure a good seat. Bring umbrellas for shade because it is extremely hot to sit in the setting sun while waiting for the show. The show itself is really worth it.

Driver showed up with a car that has a broken seat belt. My small children were not able to wear a seat belt. Very dangerous and not happy.
