There was good communication from the customer service team via WhatsApp. Overall it was a good experience and there was a free taxi service included in the price to and from our hotel in Lembongan. The only downside was that on the outbound journey from Sanur to Lembongan, it was raining, and we put our bags on the floor. The water on the floor seeped through our bags and our clothes got wet inside the bag. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would book with D’Camel again.
